Questions we get asked
How soon will I get a quote?
The same working day, usually within a few hours. You get a full day-wise plan with hotels, vehicle and a per-person fare, and there is no charge or deposit to see it.
What does the fare include?
Private vehicle from pick-up to drop, hotels or homestays on twin or triple sharing, breakfast and dinner unless stated otherwise, permits where needed, and all tolls, parking, fuel and driver allowance. Flights, train tickets, lunches and entry tickets are separate.
How do I join the Adviser programme?
Send a WhatsApp saying you are an agent and which regions you sell. We send you net rates and a sample dossier. There is no joining fee and no minimum booking commitment.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Nathula and Tsomgo in Sikkim, the protected areas on the Silk Route, and the Inner Line Permits for Arunachal and Nagaland are all filed by our office. You send documents, we do the rest.
Can you handle large groups?
We regularly run groups of 10 to 20 on Tempo Travellers and multiple vehicles, including school, college and corporate trips. Ask the Corporate page or message us directly.
